Our Management Team

Many seasoned managers and experts work at EagleLIFT, whose backgrounds and experience make them ideally suited to their roles and to delivering on the EagleLIFT promise. Following is a brief review of the knowledge and expertise our key players bring to EagleLift:

President and Founder Donald J. Moody, M.A. Business Administration/B.S. Mechanical Engineering, brings significant Engineering related management experience to his position. He maintains current Contractors Licenses in California, Arizona and Nevada. His fifteen (15) years experience as a Uretek Salesman and his Class A Engineering license have provided a broad and unique view towards problem resolution. Additionally, his prior Engineering background in Logistics with Northrop, and his meritorious service in the United States Air Force, (USAF), has brought a real time, results driven, visionary emphasis to the company. He served twenty four (24) years in the USAF and retired as a “Bird” Colonel. He flew B-52 Bombers for half of his USAF career, serving two (2) combat tours in Southeast Asia. It is Mr. Moody’s vision for EagleLIFT, Inc. to become the premier company of its kind, leading the industry in the three state area in quality, value and service.

Vice- President Barbara J. Moody, RN, B.S.N., M.S.N. Contributes to the leadership and overall management of EagleLIFT. She is uniquely qualified for these roles due to her many years of leadership/management experience in the healthcare field.

Financial Manager Beth Kummerle, has over twenty (20) years of financial experience in Construction Financial Management.

Business Manager Glenn Salter, B.S./B.A. Business Management/Administration, adds twenty-one (21) years of Risk Management experience to the business. He still maintains both Property & Casualty and Life & Disability licenses in service of his position with EagleLIFT, Inc.

Operations Manager Cliff Frazao, a Civil Engineer from Canada, moved to California specifically to add his Uretek experience to the EagleLIFT, Inc. team. His nine (9) years of company specific technical training and utilization of the Patented Uretek Deep Injection/Uretek Method has brought the Company a superior capability for moving quickly into a successful business methodology.

The Call Center Division of the company is managed by Marina Duron. She works hand-in-hand with Brandon Lampshire, Customer Service Representative, (CSR), as the first point of contact with every potential client. They ask the pertinent questions from the clients to correctly classify their issues of concern, schedule a time sensitive appointment with the potential client and our nearest, experienced salesman and provide the company the precise data derived from all customer contact. All data input into our Customer Management System is accomplished by this division.

Our Engineering Division is managed by Kyle Olsen who proctors an intern, Larry Chen, B.S. Mechanical Engineering. This division of EagleLIFT, Inc. is responsible for our Computer Assisted Drawings, (CAD), soil testing, permitting, penetrometer testing, manometer readings and other supporting procedures which are required by the exacting demands of our industry.

Our Operations Division is managed by Tom Bartholomew. His established leadership skill set provides the ability for coordinating our installation crews as well as directing efforts to improve quality, control, safety on the job, inventory management, timely materials ordering, equipment ordering, maintenance of the fleet and warehouse management utilizing the Warehouse Manager, Ben Suarez
